What’s a wetland?(5 W’s) • The World’s Major Wetlands are mainly located in South Central America, North America, Africa and Asia. • Wetlands are around to give homes for animals and also to freshen up our environment. Wetlands help our environment’s density. • In a wetland there are different bodies of water. The shape and form are generally unique. They are predominately distinguished from landforms based on their water level. • A wetland consists of water soaked area with a covering of water plants. • Wetlands provide habitat for many water and land animals such as, frogs, birds, fishes and many others.

  6. Wetlands • Wetlands include a flooded or water soaked area and water plants. It is classified by the plant species that live in it. • Wetlands originate in countries that are grown with dense grasslands. • Their location is in a murky surrounding with many rainy seasons.

  9. What’s a Rainforest? • Rainforests are found in Asia, Africa, Australia and South and Central America. • Rainforests are nurturing their area for them to live and maintain. For them being there gives the world nature. • Rainforests give a home for many flora and fauna. Many species feel cared for by the rainforests. • The nature of plants and animals makes rainforests unique, how the flowers bloom from the rain and animals waking up when the suns out.

  10. Rainforests • Rainforests consist of many tall trees, a wet forest and warm seasons. • They originate in a place with mostly rainy weather and many many trees surrounded. • It is always misty and warm in different seasons.

  13. What’s a Mountain? • The World’s Major Mountains are mainly located in Asia and America. There are 7 major mountains in Asia. • The World’s Mountains are unique because of its shape form and its surroundings. • There are different species of fauna such as vultures, chinchillas, snow leopards and many more. • There are many wildflowers blooming in the mountains.

  14. Mountains • Mountains are around to make the earth’s shape form and give shelter for many animals. • The Earth’s crust gives mountains their location and also the result of the Earth’s forces. • Mountains are a place where we can see from far away and say “Look at those mountains!”.
