Our Meeting-centered Services in Support of Your Success • PST now offers a weekly meeting scribe and update service to ensure the action items discussed in your meeting are getting updated and followed through. • If needed, PST will assist you in setting up your ManagePro database to best suit your needs and your business structure. • If needed, PST will provide training and support to address your questions and ensure you have the technical issues addressed to allow you easily plan, track and follow through on your goals, plans and tasks for your self and others. • This service requires at a minimum, one ManagePro Plus or ManagePro Smart license to be purchased for yourself.

  3. Meeting Scribe/Update Service • Here’s how it works. Each week we review the meeting agenda with you prior to the meeting start time to confirm it is properly setup in ManagePro. • We attend the meeting via the internet and provide a virtual meeting scribe role (not to be confused with facilitator or presenter) for 1 meeting/week for up to two hours. • We capture discussion into progress update • We capture action items and requests into to-dos and events • We provide a follow-up and collection of update service based upon assigned to-dos and tasks for up to two hours /week • We capture updates by email sent to a custom account • We capture updates by voice left on private account • We capture and attach documents for designated tasks and to-do using Drop-box. Meeting Scribe/Update Service • Throughout the meeting, we are virtually present via Gotomeeting web conferencing software, and we share the ManagePro screen for visual reference and confirmation as we input collected and assigned data. We suggest you display our shared screen in your meeting room on a large monitor or via projector on a screen. • We provide monthly performance reports displaying participants respective completion of: • To-dos and tasks on time, and • % of projects completed on budget - if financial information is available • % of projects completed within time estimates - if hourly time card information is available • To ensure your reach your goals, we provide additional support as needed, for additional meetings and/or collecting follow-up data.

  5. Ready to Get Started? Here’s our Cost Sheet • $1,500/month – Meeting Scribe/Update Service for 1 meeting per week • *Includes one hour senior (PST) consultant review per month, and up to two hours of follow-up by meeting scribe. • Additional hours are billed as follows: • $125/hr or $500 for a 5 hour block for additional training, tech support and follow-up • $250/hr for consulting time with Rodney Brim, our CEO • ManagePro software can be purchased online at http://www.managepro.com/cart or can be rented by the month for as little as $20/month for MProLite, $35/month for ManagePro Smart

Training and Tech Support • We provide an initial both training and technical support sessions over the web when you need it to address: • Adding project tasks and goals • Adding/editing to-dos and events • Adding progress updates • Attaching documents • Creating reports, • Monitoring scorecards on strategic goals and • Reviewing activity of direct reports • Creating scorecards

  7. What’s Needed before you Engage in the First Meeting • PST will need an admin login access to your ManagePro database to use the program during the meeting. • You will need to build a work structure plan in ManagePro which you can use as a basis for managing your meetings as well as the scope of your work. • You will need to identify which weekly meeting, or which two bi-weekly meetings you wish to work with our Meeting Scribe service. • You will need to have all the individuals and their email addresses entered into ManagePro fro whom you will be assigning tasks and action items. • If you wish others to update your ManagePro database directly on the items assigned to them, they will need to have a current copy of either ManagePro or MProLite, and login rights setup and configured.
