POSTAGE STATEMENT WIZARD (PSW) Contact your local BMEU If you are a… Mail Owner Complete: 1357 – C Customer Request for Web Access Mail Preparers • Complete: Welcome Kit: • * User agreement (i.e. participation, data exchange) • * Site Administrator’s Designation Form • * 1357-C Customer Request for Web Access BMEU will forward documents to the Area / District PSW Coordinators for processing

Access? • Complete the online application and submit it electronically. http://www.usps.com/postalone/howto.htm • PostalOne!® Customer Care Center will process your application and send a Welcome Kit to the email address you provide.
