Demco is a manufacturing company specializing in designing, developing distribution and exporting of fire detection, fire alarm and fire fighting products and accessories for use in commercial, industrial, institutional as well as residential buildings. The Company was formed in 1981. Through the years, it has gained extensive technological know-how and acquired advanced machinery that has greatly enhanced its technical ability and manufacturing capacity to produce a wide variety of fire-fighting products. Besides marketing its products under the brand name DEMCO, the company, as OEM, also manufactures for a number of international brands.

Today, Demco Industries is among the leading fire-fighting products manufacturers in Malaysia, and is poised to become one of the major manufacturers in the fire industry in the region. • Incorporated in 1981 with long standing reputation as one of Malaysia’s leading manufacturers and suppliers with thousand of prestigious installation and export globalize to more than 20 countries. Demco is committed to provide cost effective, reliable devices and equipment for any budget and specification to satisfied the requirement of value customers.

  3. Demco’s products are mainly on the conventional types as against the addressable types which incorporate artificial intelligence. Its market currently 70% local and 30% export. For the local market, Demco captures 80% market share.

Demco manufactures OEMs for foreign brands like, C-TEC – UK, Context Plus – UK, Ampac – New Zealand, Tyco – Taiwan, IST – Spain, Metrode – UK, Metrode – USA, STIM – East Europe, Aljibra – Pakistan . • Demco exports to United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, United States, France, Spain, Italy, Greece, Lebanon, Syria, Tunisia, Nigeria, Kenya, Singapore, Thailand, Philippine, Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar, Cambodia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri-Langka, Middle East – Qatar, Dubai – UAE, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain and etc. Demco also ties up with C-TEC (UK), Context Plus (UK), No Climb (UK), Ei Electronic (Ireland),), for distribution of Fire Alarm Conventional Panels, Fire Alarm Addressable Panels and devices, Fire Cable, Detector Tester, Flame Detector, Gas Detector, Fireman Intercom, Nurse Call System. Further, it ties up with Context Plus Clean Agent manufacturer in UK for distribute of Auto Extinguish Gas System.
