  2. INTRODUCTION The party starts with the sever. I am very interested in this career because it does not seem boring and I love to be around and to talk to new people, Also I'm a night person and this seemed a perfect for me. I would be researching to be a mixologist to perfect the drinks I would be making.

  3. WORK • Mixing drinks • Greeting new people • Cleaning the bar • Keeping tab on the people at the bar • Filling correct orders

  4. WORK CONDITIONS • Being a bartender is mental and physical work due to being under pressure one busy nights • having good hand eye coordination for mixing • would work indoors. • My work hours would be around 7 to 9 hours.

  5. QUALIFICATIONS • No degree is need to be in this field • sort term on the job training will take place. • Preferred to be older than 18 yrs • Most bartenders are over 25

  6. OUTLOOK • Employment rate is 12% average growth rate. • Openings are available everywhere, but I would prefer to be in a tropical area. • Possibly out of the country.

  7. Earnings My goals for this career would to have enough money to buy a nice house. My earning would vary form were I would work at, plus the tips. The average bartender makes 18,900 per year, but it still varies form were I’m at.

  8. SUMMARY I cant wait to find the perfect bar, club or hotel to start severing people at. The best thing about my future career is that I will get to work in a life of a party and meet new people. The worst thing about my job would have to be dealing with wasted people when they get out of control. The experience I will have learned overall would vary, obviously how to mix drinks properly and how to deal with different people.
