In this session, certified health coach Jill Wolff of Sweet Tree Wellness will explain specific strategies that you can put into place immediately to help your child maximize focus in the classroom.  We’ll cover: Scientific research that validates the effect of healthy habits on I.Q., test scores, and school-day behavior Foods and lifestyle habits that are either Friends or Enemies of brain focus How-to instructions for incorporating healthy foods into your family's diet
