  4. Deposit Scheme Procedure • JSEC tenants will get and pay their wares requirement for the day at the Distribution and Deposit Claiming Area (DDCA). They will follow the following schedule but will be allowed to get and pay at the DDCA for the additional wares as needed. Zone 1. From Steak Boy to Quick Fix – 7:00-8:00am Zone 2. From Fu-Yoh to Buddha Bean – 8:00-9:00am • All wares order for the next day operation will be given to the Deposit and Distribution Claiming Area Office Staff on or before 4pm everyday.

  5. 3. Students can use these wares if in case they don’t have their own baunan while buying food at any JSEC stores using the following deposit rates: a. Plate P10.00 b. Spoon 5.00 c. Fork 5.00 d. Tumbler 10.00 4. The students can claim their deposits at the DDCA once they return the wares. 5. The JSEC tenants will pay the same rates of deposit being charged to the students. 6. Anybody can return any wares and claim the corresponding deposit rates.

  6. Zoning System Strict Implementation • Any zone found dirty at any given time during a random check of Dean Ang, Mr. Mallari and/or Ms. Galvez, the following sanctions will be imposed. - First offense: P3,000.00 Fine for the zone - Second offense: P7,000.00 Fine and 3 days closure for the zone - Third offense: P10,000.00 Fine and indefinite closure for the zone. • Any store not selling most, if not all of their approved menu items at any time during the normal operating hours, the following sanctions will be imposed: - First offense: P2,500.00 Fine plus 1 day closure - Second offense: P5,000.00 Fine plus 3 days closure - Third offense: P7,500.00 Fine plus indefinite closure.

  7. Use of Gloves / Chitchatting • With regards to the use of gloves, I agree with Rudy that we stop this practice immediately. Instead, I want this standard to be applied immediately: • Cashiers or Staff receiving and handling cash payments should not touch any food or prepare any food order at any given time unless he/she washes h/s hands. • Staff who went out of the booth/store should wash his/her hands before doing their respective tasks in the store again. • About Chitchatting, please remind all the student owners to advise all their respective staff to stop this practice immediately and create some task during slow period. Like doing their Zoning duties about cleaning the front and back of their respective zones. Cleaning their store and fixing their stock inventory. So many tasks they can assign to avoid chitchatting.
