  9. Choose to Breathe Pure Air • Reduce chemicals in your home. • Reduce chemicals in beauty products. Hairspray, dies, sunscreen, bug repellents. • Reduce chemicals in your garden. • Avoid smoke filled environments. • Avoid inhalants and gas fumes

  10. Emotional Breathing • Anger: Shallow inhalation, strong exhalation. Muscle tension • Fear: Rapid shallow breathing. • Grief and sorrow: Spasmodic, sobbing • Impatience: Short, jerky breathing. • Guilt or self-judgment: Restricted suffocating breathing. • Boredom: Shallow lifeless breath.

  14. No Substitute for Water • Choose water over: • Juices that are not freshly squeezed. Most likely have huge amounts of sugar. • Soda • Fats (Dairy) • Caffeine: Most likely will increase thirst and can trigger hunger. • Sodium: Carbonated beverages have lots. Soups have lots.
