  4. ACCESS FM A C C E S S F M Aesthetics – how does it look / feel? – Is this good / bad? Why? Cost – how much does it cost? – Is this good / bad? Why? Customer – who is it aimed at? – Is this suitable? Why? Environment – Is it good for the environment? Why? / Where is it to be used? Why? Size – How big is it? – Is this good / bad? Why? Safety – Is it safe? – Is this good / bad? Why? Function – what does it do? Does it do it well? Why? Material – Is it made from suitable materials? What makes them suitable or not?
