Local Governance & Municipal Services Domain Priorities • Promoting inclusive local development by strengthening strategic municipal planning, improving citizen-oriented service provision, and enhancing the pro-activity of citizens in local governments • Fostering a closer linkage between municipal, sub-national and national levels of government (vertical dimension) • Enhancing the organizational capacities of the two entity-based ACMs to enable them to play an active role in promoting functional and fiscal decentralization • Supporting enhanced inter-municipal cooperation (horizontal dimension) • Rehabilitating water and sewage systems and building capacities for efficient utilities’ management Committed Budget 2013-2016 CHF 35 Mio / BAM 56 Mio

Economy & Employment • Domain Priorities • Supporting BiH’s government to create favourable conditions for doing business, SME development and the promotion of youth employment • Promoting labour-market oriented skills development in selected economic sectors, especially for young adults (supply side) • Creating new and upgrading existing employment opportunities for young people (demand side) • Improving the outreach of public employment services and strengthening job mediation (matching) • Committed Budget 2013-2016 • CHF 20 Mio / BAM 32 Mio

Health • Domain Priorities • Improving the quality and increasing the scope of primary healthcare (PHC) services, with a focus on the prevention of non-communicable diseases • Supporting capacity development of PHC service providers • Enhancing access to PHC services, particularly for most vulnerable groups • Strengthening the role of service users/patients, enabling them to hold PHC providers to account • Supporting the establishment of an effective and efficient public health system • Committed Budget 2013-2016 • CHF 14 Mio / BAM 22.5 Mio

Migration Partnership Priorities • Enabling key actors in BiH’s government to manage migration efficiently and according to European norms • Jointly following up matters on returnees in the frame of a regular dialogue between BiH and Switzerland • Systematically unlocking potentials of migration in relevant fields of transition (mainly in socio-economic development) – Migration & Development Committed Budget 2013-2016 CHF 4 Mio / 6.5 Mio
