  1. How to change a leg’s vessel for a booking • Maruba S.A • Line project • 2006

  2. Introduction • The agent can found the situation where he/she want to change the vessel of a leg in a booking. • This could happen when some leg is overbooked or the vessel is not the correct. Remark: Agent are able only to change a vessel for the same service and couple of ports

  3. As example we are going to use Booking: JKT0600014. POL: Jakarta, POD: Puerto Quetzal.

  4. In the following routing tab we are going to change the vessel of the last leg, form L’Etoile 609 to Amazonas 610 We want to change this vessel

  5. Steps to be taken: Go to Update Booking

  6. Click on List Routing Data – (Query) Complete with the Booking number, in this case: JKT0600014. Then press entrer.

  7. Have in mind that the vessel LETOILE is in Outbound column As we want to change this vessel we have to doble click on it.

  8. We select the Outbound options in this case, and then click on OK

  9. We should change these fields

  10. After the change we have to save it.

  11. Finally the vessel is changed. Now we can see the new vessel for this leg.
