NEUROSURGICAL TELE-COUNSELLING GOALS WITH NEUROSURGICAL TELE-COUNSELLING WE HAVE AIMED: • To answer swiftly to the counselling requests presented from the Peripheral Hospital to the Centre, about a patient with cranial or vertebro-medullary trauma, in a unpostponable situation • To avoid useless transports of patients and medical documentation • To formalize and standardize request and opinion forms, attached to the radiological images, with shared clinical dataset • To manage documents electronically and to use digital signature to give them a strong legal value • To map every action and medico-legal liability of all operators involved
