  3. MATERIALS • Bien Dit book series • On-line version • Go.hrw.com for extra credit and extra help • Students need a notebook and a folder • May work from a different level book

  4. GRADES • Test or project for units (100 pts.) • Quiz, reading, writing, or speaking assessments for lessons (30-40 pts.) • Homework and classwork (5-10 pts.) • Notebook (30-35 pts.)

  5. HOMEWORK • 3-5 times per week • Usually from the grammar and vocabulary workbook (GV in Pinnacle) • No late homework (unless they were out sick)

  6. What’s new this year? • Avril à Paris units – (Virtual trip to France) • Yabla accounts for kids • Google Classroom • Vocaroo recordings • There may be some weekly digital homework soon.

  7. HIGHLIGHTS • Trip to Les Mis? • National French Week (Nov. 8-14 ) art, music, sports/games, science/tech, cuisine • Quebec trip over spring break? • National French Honor Society • French music and raps
