  1. Increased Regional Investments Sponsored by UBI

  2. The very first Outgoing Investment Mission to Davao from the National Government last November 26, 2013 was conducted by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the National Economic Research and Business Assistance Center (NERBAC). It aimed to produce projects to market economic growth with the support of 12 other private companies as sponsors, one being Ulticon Builders, Incorporated of Davao City.

  3. The substantial generated investment through this effort may help aid the designated LGU's from the various or different regions of Mindanao including although not limited to: (1) Vic Lao Construction with LGU-GSC on slaughterhouse, cold storage, and public market projects; (2) Frey-Fil Corporation with LGU-Lebak on a generator for ice plant/cold storage facility and airport improvement;

  4. (3) NV Vogt with LGU-Lebak and LGU-GSC on a solar power plant; (4) Dela Torre and Company with BAGEMPCO on a rubber cuplump processing plant; (5) Mirae Asia Energy with LGU-Lebak on a solar project and PGO-South Cotabato on a biomass project; (6) Edwin Glindro with LGU-GSC on an integrated food terminal; LGU-Tacurong on a transport terminal and public market expansion; LGU-Isulan on mall and supermarket; (7) Hyper Green Energy Corp with PGO-South Cotabato on a biomass project; and, (8) CM Pancho with LGU-GSC on an integrated food terminal, PGO-South Cotabato and LGU Isulan on mini-hydro projects.

  5. Significantly for Ulticon with Carlos Gonzales of Davao, it is vital to constantly continue 100% support to the endeavor of generated projects of the government and the private sectors. Through securing more inflow of projects to the region and participating in the efforts of the national government, Ulticon ensures that more individuals will get more opportunities to provide a better living for them and their families.  Let us all therefore lend our hands for a greater economic development.
