Cyan Movement Cyan = The color of water - Who sees water, sees its value • Initiated 2010 at the Brasilia brewery • Expanded in 2013 to the Jaguariúna beverage plant • Actions driven by a comprehensive water risk assessment process that is part of our facility management system • Main objective is to improve key watersheds for all through collective action • New global goal to engage in watershed protection measures at all facilities located in key areas Alert / Awareness Preserve & Restore Educate & Engage

Cyan – Brasilia • Identified stakeholders and partners through analysis, research and engagement activities • Restoration plan developed for the Crispimmicrobasin • Water quality testing in 6 streams • Nursery for 10,000 saplings - 5,200 planted, including seed harvesting and agroforestry • Established and increased capacity of local water basin committee – 60 members trained on water governance • 7,000 people engaged locally through training and other activities

Cyan – Jaguariúna • Project aims to mobilize a broad coalition to conserve and restore green infrastructure to provide sufficient, high-quality water for greater São Paulo • Status • Coalition of local partners established • Agreement with municipality signed • Local project steering committee formed • Conservation/restoration priority areas being defined through ecosystem services models • Eventually seek a Payment for Ecosystem Services/Water Fund model that will reduce sediments and conserve priority water production areas

Benefits of Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships • Water issues are extremely complex with risks and opportunities that are shared by many stakeholders • Multi-stakeholder partnerships allow: • A better understanding of the issues, challenges and opportunities • Expanded pool of human and financial resources • Long-term solutions - source water protection/restoration activities • Improved water governance and policy • For AB InBev - improved relationships with community, local government and other stakeholders - enhanced license to operate and credibility Better decisions, support and sustainability of solutions
