Gil Horwitz Making Neighborhoods Safe Gil Horwitz works hard to make neighborhoods and communities look better by taking abandoned, unwanted and unappealing buildings and making them safe and clean apartment complexes. He also works with the police and law enforcement officials in the area to keep neighborhoods and communities safe. This results in a better living environment for his tenants and others in the neighborhood.

  2. Gil Horwitz Donating The Horwitz Family Education Fund Gil Horwitz doesn’t just create new neighborhoods, he believes in making communities better by helping others and assisting those in need. He donates money and volunteers with many charities. One of them is the Horwitz Family Education Fund. He is also very active in the community and assists with many community projects, charity events and fundraisers as well

He has been active in mid-Atlantic real estate investment since 2003. He invests in Multi-family and residential projects and is experienced in renovating, rebuilding and rehabilitating properties to make them livable and affordable for those in need of safe and quality housing. Gil Horwitz is proud to be the CEO of Sage Management and works hard to make sure the company meets the expectations of himself, the investors, employees and the tenants. Sage Management never discriminates against tenants and believes that everyone deserves to have an affordable and safe place to live and raise a family. Sage Management was created to help people.
