  3. Development-policy objective • Promote the professional integration of returning experts in jobs that will drive development forward • Through professional integration returning experts disseminate know-how in areas of relevance to development

  4. Target groups Moldovans thinking about returning home to their country: University graduates Vocational-training graduates Experts and workers with professional experience (at least two years)

  5. Basic requirements • Citizenship of Moldova (dual nationality ok) • Residence permit and registered address in Germany • Successfully completed vocational training or degree programme and/or • At least two years’ professional experience in Germany or another OECD country

  6. Programme offer • Non-financial support • Information and consultancy • (in Germany and in Moldova) • Job-placement in Moldova • Networking

  7. Programme offer • Financial support for returning Moldovans • Contribution towards travel costs for job-interviews • Subsidy for travel and transport costs • Top-up payment for salary for max. 2 years • Financial help for internships between 3 and 6 months • Workplace equipment (max. € 10,000) • Specialist media • Back-up support: networking, participation at conferences, further training • Registration with CIM prior to return (even without a job)
