  2. Partners in Quality (PiQs) are provided with space on the Benchmark terminal server and partial access to the Benchmark LIMS system through a simple 3 step process. 1. Double-click on the desktop icon to start a terminal session. 2. Provide your password to log on to Benchmark LIMS 3. Click the SQL icon in the session window to start LIMS.

  5. Address for Reports • These buttons control what info is displayed in lower pane: • Contacts • Notes • Workorders • Invoices Phone, Fax, and e-mail Client-Main Information form

  6. Invoice Address Current Default PO number Click this button to see invoice information here Client-Invoice Information form

  7. Quick -log templates allow you to log repetitive workorders in quickly. The history tab will show all of your previous testing by test code Click this button to see Workorder status information here Workorder information here allows you to see, at a glance, the status of all your workorders Client-Quick Information form

  8. PIQ • Click this button for: • Workorder Log-in • Status checking • Report generation Omega LIMS Main Screen

  9. Click to print COC Workorder index filter buttons Turnaround Time Standard is 5 days for most testing Filtered list of workorders Report WO to DEP or other agency Drop-down list of active quotes State where samples were obtained Workorder status Workorder-Main form

  11. Copy samples to speed the process COC and folder labels Your Sample ID Print Bottle Labels Fraction Notes for analysts can go here Tests can be logged in by predefined groups Required testing PrepNum links Test to Prep Sample Login form

  12. Close the Sample Log-in form to return to the Workorder form Sample Login form

  14. Selected Workorder • All tests for selected workorder are listed here. • If the test is completed there is a date here • If the testing has been verified there will be a check here Workorder-Sample Status form

  15. Sample Report Your Letterhead here Reports can be printed and sent to your client directly. Example data Reports can be printed as soon as the analysis has been verified and electronically signed Reports signed electronically
