The object of the investigationis information management at Avia-Soyuz Airline. • The subject of the investigationis development of the ‘Pilot School’ automated subsystem software of the Manifest system for Avia-Soyuz Airline. • The purpose of the diploma researchis to develop the program which will help to reduce processing time for insurance payments calculations, registration of clients, statistics overview and debtors monitoring.
