  1. When I’ve finished my GCSEs, do I have to stay at school until I'm 18? No, there are many options. You can stay at school, come to College or train on the job with an Apprenticeship in the subject area of your choice.

  2. So what is an Apprenticeship? An Apprenticeship gives you the opportunity to earn while you learn and pick up recognised qualifications. We work with local employers and have many vacancies on our website.

  3. Apprentice Avionics Engineer This is Tegan Foster. She works at Wattisham and is also studying at West Suffolk College for an NVQ Level 3 in Aeronautical Engineering

  5. I’ve been told College is an easy option, is that true? No! Our Level 3 courses are equivalent to A Levels and you still need to get 5 GCSEs at grade A*- C to get on a Level 3 course.

  7. Can I only get into University if I do A Levels? No. Around 600 of our Level 3 students progress to University. You get your results by the end of July so you can secure your place at university before A Level students.
