Strategic Direction 2009-1010 • Best Practice Governance: Implement next generation practices, structures & processes for organizational transformation and promotion of active member engagement and co-creative innovation • Robust Financial & Human Resources: Ensure responsible financial management, develop new revenue streams.  Increase revenues and membership.  Engage membership to increase organizational capacity. And, manage supplier relations effectively. • Innovative Membership Programs & Services: Develop and implement a membership structure and innovative programming to attract and retain identified stakeholders • Dynamic Coaching Awareness Brand: Create and present a cohesive ICF-GTA image that reflects our mission and vision, internally and externally in our geographic area. • Building Healthy Communities:  cultivating social responsibility in partnership with our internal and external stakeholders. Psychology Association, HRPA
