CHANGES OF TERMS April 24, 2009 • Agreement 33/2009 to extend the due date to file the individuals income tax return from April 30 up to June 1, 2009. • April 27, 2009 • The Supreme Court of Justice announce that the period from April 27 to May 6, 2009 will not be considered as working days for legal terms. • April 27, 2009 • 3. Also the Tax Court issue an agreement to consider as non working days from April 27 to April 30, 2009. Footer

CHANGES OF TERMS April 28, 2009 • The Housing fund National Institute put in stand by any tax credit, execution. agreements, or defense procedures against the Institute from April 28 to May 6, 2009. • April 30, 2009 • 5. All public activities are suspended from May 1 to May 6, 2009 as well as the production process. April 30, 2009 • 6. The Social Security Institute grants an extension to file the notice for employers filing an audit report on Social Security dues from May 6 to May 11, 2009. Footer

  4. CHANGES OF TERMS April 30, 2009 • The SAT announce that May 4 is considered as non working day for any tax obligation. May 04, 2009 • 8. The Housing Fund Institute grants an extension for filing the audit report and notices for audit report up to June 4, 2009. Footer

TAX IMPACT May 02, 2009 • Decree granting tax waiver on import duties, VAT and customs fee on imports of medical equipment, chirurgical and other health and medical equipment. • May 7, 2009 • Decree granting a discount of 20% on employers dues for May and June up to $35,000 for the two months. • An special procedure is included in the Decree to allow the credit of IETU paid in the estimated payments against the income tax. Also it is allowed to pay May and June Social Security dues 50% in the due date and the difference in five payments with a 6.5% interest. April 29, 2009 7.
