Support to NSDS / regional strategies Caribbean • Programme already designed for 2009-2010 in coordination with CARICOM and member states and associate territories • Discuss with OECS possible support on regional strategy? Pacific specific programme to be designed: • PARIS21 ready to provide specific support to 1-2 countries in close coordination with SPC, Australia and New Zealand • NSDS workshop as side meeting of SPC? • Opportunity to provide support for a regional strategy for smaller states? • Advocacy strategies

  4. 3. Partnership • Encouraging the exchange of experiences through side-meetings (UNSC, ISI?) • PARIS21 Consortium November 2009: participation of Small Islands Developing States, specific issue addressed through specific papers by countries, regional institutions, market fair
