  1. Robert Frederick Chelsea "Bobby" Moore was an English footballer, OBE. He was born April 12, 1941.

  2. In 1956, Moore joined West Ham as a player, and then he played his first game September 8, 1958 against Manchester United at number 6.

  3. Bobby Moore lacked speed, but before he got the ball, he knew all about the location of players on the field and that he would do next. With this in 1966 at the World Cup, he designed only in the history of the World Cup final hat-trick.

  4. In 1958 he became vice-champion of Europe Youth Championship. Was voted best player in England in 1964, just the best athlete in England in 1966.

  5. Team Bobby Moore won the FA Cup in 1964, and in 1965 received the Cup.

  6. He was the second player in Europe in 1970 was awarded the Order of the British Empire. He was also the youngest captain in the history of England. Total was captain in 91 match (world record).

  7. Moore significance for the team can be clearly seen in comparing it with another great quarterback Billy Wright. Both deduced captained England 90 times, but with Wright team won 49 matches, 135 goals conceded, and with Moore was 57 wins and 75 missed balls!

  9. He managed to show the highest level of the game, drinking heavily. It was said: "He was the last out of the bar and the first to come to practice." In my defense, Bobby repeated, "car needs petrol."

  10. Moore died on February 24, 1993 at age 51 from cancer, but died with the same dignity as he lived: he was seriously ill for two years, but the public found out about it in just nine days before his death.
