  2. Pallini Story 1875: Nicola Pallini, the founder of Antica Casa Pallini, is the most prominent merchant in Abruzzi. He exported chestnuts, imported coal from Germany, owned the local bank and the largest general store in the area, he made wine and flavored liqueurs that were much loved by locals. 1917: Virgilio, Nicola’s son, moves the distillery to Rome, near the Pantheon and establishes Mistrà Pallini as the predominant anise liqueur enjoyed by the Romans. 1962: Virgilio’s sons, Nicola and Giorgio, move the distillery to via Tiburtina, the production area of Rome, where it is still today and begin producing RomanaSambuca. 1971: Virgilio Pallini Jr, the current CEO, joins the company and builds RomanaSambuca as the No. 1 Sambuca in the United States. 2001: Micaela, Virgilio’s daughter, launches Pallini Limoncello in the US. 2006: Pallini Limoncello is rated 90-95/100 by Wine Enthusiast Magazine. 2009: Pallini Limoncello is distributed in more than 30 countries all over the world and is the No. 1 premium limoncello in the US and duty free market.

COCKTAILS Mojito 313 4 slices of lime 1 tablespon brown sugar 8 minte leaves 4 cl white Rum 2 cl Sambuca 313 3 dashes of Angostura bitter Serve in a long drink glass and fancy with a sprig of mint. White Brown 313 1,5 cl Sambuca 313 1,5 cl Irish cream 1 cl single cream Serve in a short shot and fancy with cocao powder.

  8. COCKTAILS 100% (A)nice 3 cl Sambuca 313 4 cl fresh Sweet&Sour Sheker Serve in martin glass with a Cherry TM 313 3 cl Sambuca 313 10 cl Tonic water 2 cl mint syrup Serve in a high tumbler glass and fancy with mintl eaves.

  9. COCKTAILS 2 oz. Sambuca “313” 1 oz. Lemon Juice 3 oz. Sparkling Galvanina Water 2 oz. Fresh Cucumber Preparation:Muddle the cucumber in a mixing glass, add Sambuca “313” and the lemon juice. Shake well with ice and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water.
