  2. Eduphoria Appraisal System Training Eduphoria is a web based system that is used to create and store Professional Development Plans and Evaluation Documents. At the beginning of the year, you will create your PDP (Professional Development Plan) and will be able to revise it during the school year. Your administrator will be able to view this document. When evaluation documents are created by your administrator and released for viewing, you will receive an email indicating your evaluation is available. After reviewing evaluation documents you and your administrator will electronically sign the document. To log in and set up your profile follow the directions on the next few slides.

  3. Part I – Login Information To log into Eduphoria for the 1st time and set up your profile Go to: https://humble.schoolobjects.com Step 1 – Log In Enter your Humble ISD email: jane.doe@humble.k12.tx.us Password: welcome Click: Login

  4. You will be directed to set up a new password. Passwords are case sensitive. We suggest using your GroupWise password.

  5. Step 2 – Set Profile Verify your campus Click Next Verify work assignment Click Next

  6. Change of Assignment and/or Campus If you change assignment or campus, it is your responsibility to UPDATE YOUR PROFILE in Eduphoria. Your administrator will not be able to set you up for appraisal until you change your location to their campus/department.

  7. Verify Subject if applicable Click Next Verify Grade Level if applicable Click Next

  8. Choose a security question by clicking on the drop down arrow. Answer security question (ANSWER IS CASE SENSITVE) Click Next

  9. Enter Employee ID Click Next When you have completed your Profile setup, you may click Log Off or click on “appraise” to see your evaluation documents if any are present.

  10. Part II – Access Professional Development Plans and Evaluation Documents Go to: https://humble.schoolobjects.com Login

  11. To complete, review or edit your PDP click on Evaluation Documents then Professional Development Plan; Section 1, 2, or 3, and complete form. Click on Save then Submit to Appraiser

  12. To review and digitally sign your Evaluation click on Evaluation Documents then chose the evaluation document.

  13. After reviewing your evaluation both you and your appraiser will complete the Electronic Signature. Click on your name.

  14. Enter your username which is your email, password and answer the security question. Remember it is case sensitive. Click on Electronically Sign Document

  15. Electronic Signature • If unsuccessful, try again – just in case you misspelled your password. If this doesn’t work, go to Switch Applications and select Change My Profile. • Now try again to electronically sign the document.

  16. HELPFUL HINTS • When you are in Eduphoria and are not sure how to do something: Click on the ?help Button - click appraise - then click on appraise for teachers - evaluations. It gives you screen shots and information on how to: • Submit PFP • Viewing Evaluations • Adding a Comment • Attaching a file
