Requesting in the Catalogue • Already had 182,155 patron records • Had some loan rules for public libraries • Circulation mostly done outside Millennium using carbon paper, pens and an ink stamp • Requesting available items from closed stack or offsite storage for delivery to the reading rooms

  5. Requesting in the Catalogue • NEW AND IMPROVED • Loan rules, loan rule determiners • ITYPES • Location codes • Locations served • Hold pickup table, Library priority table • Web graphics, options, login forms • Print template hold slip • Statistics!!!!

  6. Requesting in the Catalogue • SOME ISSUES • Training in Millennium circulation • Business process transformation • Data clean up • Print templates – sent to Software Engineering • Stage two – serials, big collections and other messy things
