  5. Filling Out Your Housing Application • Log into mylasalle portal, go to Tools Tab at top right of the page • Select “Housing & Dining” from the available options You will be redirected to Housing & Dining Self Service It’s not just a room, it’s alifestyle

Filling Out Your Housing Application • Go to “Applications” at the top menu bar • Select the application based on your status: • Freshman Honors students – Fall 2020 Freshman Honors Housing Application • Freshman students – Fall 2020 Freshman Housing Application • Transfer students – Fall 2020 Transfer Student Housing Application • Read and sign the Occupancy Agreement (Housing & Dining Contract) • Fill out and submit Housing Application Questionnaire • Choose your meal plan – Explorer Unlimited or Explorer 15 • You will receive a confirmation page It’s not just a room, it’s alifestyle

Roommate Profile (optional) • Select “Personal Information” and go to “Roommate Profile” • Decide to make your profile public or private • Select contact preference and fill out contact information • Complete My Profile (follow appropriate guidelines) This is your opportunity to give any informationyou would like prospective roommates to know aboutyou! It’s not just a room, it’s alifestyle

Forming Roommate Groups • Select “Room and Roommate Selection” and go to “Roommate/Suitemates” • You will have the option to search for roommates by… • Last Name, First Name, or Email (Simple Roommate Search) • Matching answers to Roommate Match Questionnaire (Advance Roommate Search) • Request your roommate (note: they must confirm your request) ONLY INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE COMPLETED THEIR HOUSING APPLICATION FORM WILL BE PART OF THE SELECTION PROCESS It’s not just a room, it’s alifestyle

Request for Health/Medical Accommodations • The Housing Accommodations Request form is available on the Housing selection website under the Health/Accommodations tab: • http://studentaffairs.lasalle.edu/housingselection/files/2011/05/Housing-Accommodations-Request-Form.pdf • You must provide documentation to support the Accommodation Request to Residence Life/Community Development by June 1 • The Medical Accommodations Request form must be submitted on an annual basis It’s not just a room, it’s alifestyle

Timeline • March 20 – Housing Application available to new students who have committed to La Salle for the Fall. • Deposit date through June 15 – fill out housing preference form and search for potential roommates. • June 15 – Deadline for matching roommates. • July 10 – Housing Assignments and Billing Information Available It’s not just a room, it’s alifestyle
