Grass, algae, and phytoplankton are a Producer becausethey get their own energy (food) from the sun. Grass hopper, mosquito larva, and zooplankton are primary consumer because they eat plants. The rat, dragonfly larva, and fish are a secondary consumer because they are animals who eat bugs and plants. snakes, fish, and seals are a tertiary consumer because they feed on other carnivores. The hawk, raccoon, and the white shark are quaternary because they are at the top of the food chain. That mean that nothing eats them.
