  6. WHAT TO TEACH WITH SONGS • SEGMENTAL FEATURES: PRONUNCIATION OF INDIVIDUAL SOUNDS. • SUPRASEGMENTAL FEATURES: STRESS, RHYTHM & INTONATION. • VOCABULARY & SYNTACTICAL STRUCTURES • CULTURE OF THE COUNTRIES WHERE THE TARGET LANGUAGE IS SPOKEN.

  15. DICTIONARIES We must foster the use of dictionaries from an early age. Thus, they will develop their autonomy and ‘learning to learn’ competences. Something as simple as a picture dictionary can be instrumental in accomplishing these objectives. Did you know that we can also have a good time with dictionaries????
