  2. Executive Summary • Hot Shot Dispatch Service is an online service that serves to help drivers of independently owned Hot Shots. • Many risks involve not having enough customers. I will overcome that risk by advertising anywhere I can, where Hot Shots will definitely notice my website. • Any other person can create the same type of website. –I will have to create mine as simple to use as possible so no other website can compete. • Internet is not very reliable due to hackers, viruses, and all things like that. Hot Shot Dispatch Service will hire a professional IT Tech to control the website and make sure that it doesn’t get infected by hackers or viruses.

  3. Executive Summary cont. • If Hot Shot dispatch will not thrive as planned, and unfortunately be bound to shut down, I will repay my investors by selling my second car. I am not asking for too much money, so I will have no trouble paying it back if something goes wrong. • The amount I’m asking for is $10,000 • If company goes well, the money will be paid off after first two profitable years.

  4. Mission Statement • We promise you fast and easy dispatch service with reliable and trusted information.  • Join our website, and you have the full access to all our posted loads, all companies information, and also easy searching that takes only minutes. 

  5. Operational Plan • Yelena Korotkikh will be doing the Dispatching service, the postings of all the loads, and making sure that each driver gets paid for the job he did. All phone calls will be answered in a home office by Yelena Korotkikh, and all accounting will also be done by Yelena. • David Korotkikh will count up and estimate to the companies how much they should be charged to deliver their loads, and also managing the website and all the technical stuff. • IT Tech will follow David’s commands to manage the website.
