He is a front desk clerk there, greeting and welcoming guests, checking them in and out, answering in-bound calls, making out-bound calls for guests, booking reservations for guests, and more. When he’s not working at the hotel, he writes novels and screenplays. He is at work on his debut novel.

  2. Greg Gottfried Skilled Customer Service Expert Greg Gottfried is a skilled and experienced customer service worker. He currently works at the front desk of the Sheraton Tarrytown Hotel in downtown Tarrytown, New York. Gottfried manages customer experiences from his post at the front desk, answering phones with multiple lines, providing shuttle services for guests, and modifying current or future guest reservations. Gottfried has worked in the customer service departments of many different companies over his career in upstate New York and New Jersey.
