  4. QI Updates New QI Program Manager- Bonnie Clark, RN, M.Ed. CBHNP will be conducting a Treatment Record Review w/ all CRR-HH Development of Quality Record Review Tool is being held this month Quick Tips available on Website

  5. Further QI Updates Stipend for trainings: Recovery, Co-Occurring Autism Spectrum Disorders

  6. Clinical Issues FBMHS Preferred Provider choice and BHRS Preferred Provider choice forms have been updated and are located on the Website, under “Forms” section. Family visits and treatment at the CRR-HH.  Recovery Model and Individual Crisis Plans Program Specialists and CRR agency staff –information sharing OP Individual and Family therapy needs to begin immediately after member is admitted to CRR 

  7. Claims Reminders Timely filing limit Original submission - 60 days from date of service Resubmissions - 60 days from CBHNP EOB date COB Claims - 60 days from primary insurance EOB date

  8. Claims Reminders Claims questions Customer Service Helpdesk - Telephone: 1-888-700-7370 (Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm) Providers can check claim status through ProviderConnect https://ecurapc.cbhnp.org/ Electronic billing questions should be directed to edi@cbhnp.org

Claims Reminders Claim Submissions CPT code on claim should match CPT code on authorization MPI Numbers must be on all claim forms CMS 1500 -block 33b UB04 - block 57 CPT codes should be billed on CMS-1500 Revenue codes should be billed on UB-04 Do Not Staple Claim forms - all claims are scanned

  11. Provider Portal • Easy access to latest news, events, forms, policies, frequently asked questions and contact information Providers need • You may register on CBHNP’s website www.CBHNP.org

Provider Portal Update Fully functional except for e-registering for meetings or trainings After 3/1/08 no forms or policies will be located on the website as they will all be located on the Portal.  There is a control on the top of all pages in the provider portal called “My Account”.  Going into this section allows a you to update/change information on your account including the LOC you would like information on.  The only thing you cannot do, at this point, is change your password.  Issues/concerns/Questions www.CBHNP.org 12
