Metode og Materiale • Søgning i Pubmed og EMBASE • MESH-termerne : Family Practice , UTI , UTI/ prevention and control , stick • Limits: Engelsk, dansk, norsk og svensk • Resultat 18 artikler • Udvælgelse af praksis • Forudsætning ( Urinstiks, mikroskopi, dyrkningsfaciliteter, personale, instruks)

  3. Undersøgelsen • 102 patienter med kliniske symptomer • UVI diagnose bekræftes med stiks , mikroskopi og dyrkning – Relevant beh. • Antibiotika i hht D+R • Etiske overvejelser (Information/Spørgeskema)

  4. Resultater • 12,7 % positive efter 10 dage (^p = 0.127) • 13 positive 89 negative kontroller • Standard error of estimate= 0.001 • LCL= 0.12504 , UCL =0.12896 • Skæv fordeling af positive resultater(10/3)
