  15. Conclusion In closing, there are several things that we can learn from effective communication; one recognizing poor communication. When this is evident, the effectiveness of the organization decreases. Establishing goals and empowering employees is a great incentive for organizational growth and from that involves strategic planning and effective communication. When these elements are put in place a organization can thrive and have great communication skills.
