  5. Στόχος Έργου Η παροχή ενός ολοκληρωμένουοικονομικού σχεδίου διαχείρισης των υδάτινων πόρων στην ΛΑΑΠ, που θα είναι οικονομικά αποτελεσματική, κοινωνικά ισότιμη και περιβαλλοντικά αειφόρος, και να εξασφαλίζει την εφαρμογή της Οδηγία Πλαίσιο Περί Υδάτων 2000/60/EK.

  6. Περίγραμμα Προσέγγισης • Οικονομικός χαρακτηρισμός της λεκάνης απορροής. • Κοστολόγηση (Συνολικό Οικονομικό Κόστος) της παροχής των υπηρεσιών σχετικών με το νερό και το % ανάκτησης του κόστους. • Οικονομική αξιολόγηση των πιθανών μέτρων για την πλήρη ανάκτηση του κόστους και την μακροπρόθεσμη εξισορρόπηση της ζήτησης και της προσφοράς του νερού (εφαρμογή της ΕυρωπαϊκήςΟΠΥ).
