  1. Michael Dadoun Michael Dadoun, the Co-Founder at UpClick.com and the Principal at Solaria Fund is a visionary individual. In his past he served as the Director M&A and as the Senior Finance Analyst at Nortel Networks. He graduated B Com, International Finance from Université de Montréal and Exchange Finance from ESCP. He has contributed quite an effort towards bringing up the Montréal-based affiliate online marketing company, UpClick.com. Michael Dadoun, along with his business partners bought Lavasoft by determining it’s core technology, it’s loyal user base and the strong belief that states with the right investment the company can rise to its potential.
