  8. We set boundaries to protect our body, thinking, feelings and behavior.

  9. When ? If your life is filled with more of what you don't want and not enough of what you do want, it's time to set your boundaries.

Tips to setup your boundaries 1-Know yourself.  2- Honor your feeling 3-Say no the right way: tactfully and with confidence. 4-be sure that maintain healthy boundaries need practice 5-Establish healthy personal time. 6- Free yourself from the disease to please. 7-Don’t commit out of guilt or obligation.
