  5. Decorative committee • Design Layout: plan and how our cafe’s going look like. • Costume Design: design how the maid’s outfit and (optional) staff uniform. • Prop making: make stuff in order to save time (e.g. menu design, posters, flags, etc) • Shopping: make sure to give the receipt to

  7. Food Committee • Menu Layout: plan what we’re going to serve • (optional) Sponsor the food: for those who’s family owns a catering company • Make the food: duh • Grocery shopping: make sure to give

  9. Advertisement & Marketing Committee • Logos: get it approved by Maddie -> Reina -> SAC • Advertisement Slogans: short and witty • Print the flyers: after the go signal • Social Network Advertisement: just the advertisement slogans to Facebook and Twitter

  10. Event Organizers • Plan the schedule • Plan everyone’s shifts • Supervisors: monitor the shifts and work ethics of staff.

  11. Financial Committee • In charge of the money: total income • The Cashiers: tally how many costumers went in • Menu price: talk to the Food Committee • Keep the receipts: to know how much the club owes each member

  13. Bodyguards • Make sure the customers are not harassing the maids. • Make sure that the maids are on their best behavior.
