  2. Promote and ensureimplementation of the decent work agenda in developmentstrategies in Europe The focus of the programmewillbe on national level action (include EU) coherent with but notduplicating the broader TUDCN programme Overall objectif and focus

  3. Awareness raising of members and leaders on the needforanalternativedevelopement model (DWA). Thiswilldemand a new narrative (vision). Adapted & shared instrumentswillbeusedto support the action. Target group in the programme: Members and leaders Special focus on NMS S Specific objective 1

  4. Advocacy action towards national government (and EU) on rights at work, decent jobcreation and living wages, social protection and social dialogue. • Change in policies • Monitoring implementation (eg Report on DWA in the EU) Target group in the programme: TU Activists Specific objective 2

  5. In order to be more effective in our approaches and actions, sharing and learning opportunities will be organised and where appropriate, involve our international partners. Target groups in the programme: practitioners, members of the TUNGS (Trade Union Network for Global Solidarity) Specific objective 3
