  5. 4 Classifications • Extraversion or Introversion • Sensing or Intuition • Thinking or Feeling • Judging or Perceiving

  6. Extraversion - Outgoing Introversion - Private How does my energy flow?

  7. Sensing - Bases beliefs on outside world Intuition - Bases beliefs on thoughts or imagination How do I perceive things around me?

  8. Thinking - Logical Feeling - Emotional How do I process information?

  9. Judging - Has a plan Perceiving - Impulsive How do I use the information that I have processed?

  10. Every personality types has a name or formula according to the combination of personality traits. INTP Introvert - Intuitive - Thinking - Perceiving ESFJ Extravert - Sensing - Feeling - Judging

  11. Teams who are aware of different personality types: • Are more likely to communicate effectively • Are better able to resolve conflicts in a positive manner • Work cohesively toward a common goal
