  2. What is ESSO? • ESSO = Enterprise Single Sign On • JHED ID and Password • ESSO learns your application passwords • Enters them for you

  3. Why? • Goal is to reduce number of passwords remembered • Save time entering passwords • Prerequisite for Context Management • Allow for addition of Multi-Factor Authentication

  4. How does it work? • Login to workstation • Setup 5 Secret Questions and Answers • Access ESSO Enabled Applications

  5. Lock Your Workstation • When you are finished with your session • LOCK YOUR WORKSTATION • Windows Key + L • CTRL + ALT + DELETE

  6. ESSO Enabled Applications • BayviewMeditech • EPR and EPR 2020 • Nightingale • Sunrise (POE) - Pilot • Ormis • Emageon • SiteMinder protected Sites (approx 400 sites) • SharePoint Documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint..etc) • VMWare View Client
