  2. Opis zvieraťa •  Keďže vedia lietať, majú podobne ako vtáky malé telo, sústredené orgány, pevnú kostru a kompaktnú lebku. • Sú to hmyzožravce, ale niektoré kaloňoblížne jedia aj plody a ryby, a niektoré cicajú krv väčších cicavcov.

  4. Rozmnožovanie •  Kotia jedno alebo zriedkavo dve holé mláďatá,   ktoré samica spočiatku nosí na sebe a neskôr necháva v úkryte, kým hľadá potravu.  Po zhruba 2 mesiacoch sa mláďatá osamostatňujú.

  5. Zaujímavosti • Netopier je cicavec. Netopiere žijú všade okrem Antarktídy a Arktídy . Najvyvinutejšie zmysly sú hmat, sluch a čuch.
