Welcome! • Roll Call • Check In • Updates: • Additional information about DMH payments forthcoming. • Currently recording on-line versions of trainings, including updated Special Assistance information. • Big thanks to Laura Ross for the ever-reliable, “above and beyond” support she has provided to this effort.

  3. Clarifying Special Assistance Transferring Process

  4. In-Reach • MCOs encouraged to make informal “meet and greet” call to ACH staff before formal letter arrives to “grease the wheels” for visit coordination.

  5. Housing/Tenancy Support Clarifications • No minimum number that Quadel must have enrolled to provide Tenancy Support. • ACTT service definition includes tenancy support element: if person receives ACT, tenancy support by ACTT provider is included. • Additional guidance about Tenancy Support coming soon.

  6. Reporting Requirements • Reminder: monthly reports continue after the transition occurs. • DHHS will follow up with MCO’s DOJ point of contact with concerns about reporting. • Will be recording webinar guidance on monthly reporting forms. • Transitions Advisory Group will be exploring how to potentially streamline various reporting requirements.
