It is an upgrade to its predecessor, Def Jam Vendetta, that was released in 2020. In the Vendetta game, players control one of many hip hop stars which are vying for the title of"Def Jam King." In this game, the rappers are attempting to beat the rap mogul, Rico, who controls the main studio. The main character of the game is called Remy. He is one of the best dancers in town and a member of the"Ladies of all L'Orleans," a bunch of women def jam game which are also quite successful in their own rights. Remy can be a part of"The Pack", a bunch of young men who have similar interests to those Remy enjoys. As a member of"The Pack", Remy will combat rap artists that are all competing for the title of"Def Jam King". The game consists of roughly 40 degrees, with each level consisting of 2 distinct rap stars, and a single obstacle program. Each level will also have a boss fight the player must defeat. If you enjoy dancing games, then you will love this match. It's a lot of different music that will make you want to dance whenever you are playing with this game. If you're a hip hop fan, then you should definitely give this game a go. There is not much of a learning curve to the game, which is great. If you have played the previous edition, you are going to learn how to play it without needing to read any documentation.
