SHORT –TERM GOALS • Provide support only as necessary • Systematically make students to make and use multimedia presentations. • Focus more on weak students to make them able to compete their classmates. • Encourage collaboration among students to work together. • To make student understand the process of cellular respiration.

Solutions to Anticipated Challenges Challenges • My syllabus may not be completed in time because of the detail in which I plan to teach. • Some children may not be productive during group discussion and may be rowdy. • Parents may object to new teaching methods. • Multimedia might be a difficult facility to utilize in the classroom. Solutions • I will be selective with my syllabus and give extra classes on Saturdays if necessary to carry out other engaging activities. • I will provide after school counseling for rowdy students and try to get to the core of their problems. • I will use my newly acquired word processing skills to print a newsletter and send it to parents. • I will bring students to the computer lab where they will be shown multimedia presentations.

  6. Timeline Engage students in class d to gather knowledge about respiration through different sources. Encourage students to study the process of respiration by their own to enhance understanding laterly. Monday Wednesday Thursday Tuesday Through multimedia presentation, types of respiration will be explained. Conduct exercises and quizzes to clearify the steps of respiration

  8. Conclusion • By implementing 21st century teaching approaches and bloom’s taxonomy based teaching methods my students will derive satisfaction, enjoyment and confidence from the understanding of concept and will be able to explain the process of respiration and its types.
