Instructions to All Deans • All Deans are Requested to invite names of authors for Even semester subjects. • At least one courseware author must be registered per department . • All Deans should convince the Head of department to give author name for at least one or two subjects and explain them that In Return the department will get courseware for almost 25 to 30 subjects , thus it is really good deal for any department. • The Author name Inviting process should be started Immediately. • The Time frame for whole work will be as given in Time frame table as a part of this prototype PPT. • The All Dean should see that the work is going on as per time frame or not ? They also should take the rigorous follow up for the purpose of intime completion of the task. • Reflect Your Progress every month to Mr.HirenThaker – GTU via email GTU Vice Chancellor

  7. Instructions to Author • Keep the format of PPT Exactly as given Here for the purpose of uniformity. Don’t convert courseware to pdf .Send it in PPT form only. • Author can take liberty to change Background of the slides but keep format as it is suggested here. • Write Citation details without fail . Quote the source of the content or figure as suggested in format. May be the website address, book or journal name etc. • Give the point wise syllabus in first slide. • Also give the name of the Text book from which content is taken /the topic discussed in slide is given. • Also give the name of reference book student/teacher should refer for further knowledge and explanation regarding the respective topic. • Keep Background as light as possible, Don’t use very dark Background. • At lest one subject PPT must be prepared by each department of the college. As a return of there efforts the department will receive the PPTs of all subjects. • Recognition in Teaching Fraternity and Self satisfaction will be the reward for Authors. GTU Vice Chancellor
