  2. Refuel Your Body • While exercising, your body loses energy, vitamins, minerals, protein, and much more! • It is important to refuel your body by eating healthy snacks shortly after exercising!

  3. 2-4 Hours Before Exercise • Sandwich with lean meat, piece of fruit. • Pasta with tomato sauce. • Cereal with milk. • A bagel with peanut butter and honey, and a piece of fruit. • English muffin with honey and low-fat yogurt. • WATER!!!!!

  4. 30 Minutes Before Exercise • Energy Bars • Applesauce • Pretzels • Nuts • WATER!!!

  5. Post Exercise • Sandwich with meat, fruit, pretzels, juice or milk. • Pasta with tomato sauce • Cereal with milk, fruit, toast. • Bagel with peanut butter and honey, fruit, milk. • Meat, potatoes, cooked veggies, milk. • Banana and chocolate milk. • WATER!!!!!
