If you're locked out of your Kindlefire won’t charge or Kindle Fire HD because you forgot your password, all you can do is go back to the factory settings to restore the tablet to its default settings. You will lose all content and personal settings if you reset the device. However, you can always download what you bought from Amazon or stored in cloud storage.
