  1. RZ-OTH-07-05Land Development Code ModificationsAEEs/SOBsand Interlocal Agreement

Request City initiated request to amend LDC to: • Further regulate AEEs/SOBs • Allow only within Industrial – Heavy Zoning District (IND-2) as a use permissible by right • Amend site size within IND-2 from 3 acres to 1 acre Execute Interlocal Agreement to: • Allow sites throughout entire County to count towards satisfaction of Constitutional obligations, regardless of jurisdiction • Coastal areas free from AEE/SOB sites

  3. Affected lands within the City • 81+ acres located in two general areas currently designated Industrial – Heavy (IND-2) within City
